The eligibility checker provides an automated indication based on user inputs including: Postcode, Property type, Rateable value, Appeal status.
The results are indicative only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
3. Referrals to Specialists
Where users choose to submit their details:
- Information may be shared with independent third-party business rates specialists.
- Any further engagement is optional.
- Fee arrangements (including no win, no fee structures) are handled directly between the user and the specialist.
We do not provide regulated surveying services.
4. No Guarantee of Savings
We do not guarantee: That a property is over-assessed, That a reduction will be achieved, That a refund will be secured.
Outcomes depend on valuation review and statutory appeal criteria.

9. Premium Business Rates Review Dashboard
The Premium Business Rates Review Dashboard is a one-off digital service priced at £29. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout; we never see your card details.
Access begins immediately after payment: the dashboard opens in your browser and a private link to it is emailed to you. Because the service is delivered in full as soon as payment completes, by ticking the acknowledgement at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and accept that the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies once access has begun.
If your dashboard fails to open or is not as described, email hello@businessrateseligibility.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will put it right or refund the £29 in full.
